We had a fantastic time at Charlotte House! The cottage itself was absolutely beautiful, with spacious rooms and stunning decor. It was also spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Parking was a breeze, and the owner even let us check in early, which was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, with the beach and shops within easy reach. We also took the opportunity to explore nearby Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay, which were stunning. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, and communication with Juliet was excellent.

The cottage was a hidden gem, with beautiful interior decor and ample space. It was spotlessly clean and the owner was kind enough to allow us to check in early. Parking was also convenient, making our stay hassle-free.
Communication with Juliet, the owner, was excellent throughout our stay. However, I did encounter some issues with operating the oven and washer/dryer, as there were no instructions provided.

The location was mind-blowing, close to the beach and shops, allowing us to explore the beautiful nearby areas of Whitby and Robin Hoods bay. The cottage was super equipped with everything we needed, and the owner's communication was jaw-dropping. The inside of the cottage was stunning, with a clean and spacious layout and stunning decor. Parking was a breeze, and the owner's generosity in letting us check in early was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the convenience of free Wi-Fi, the off-site car park, and the provided amenities such as the dryer, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The VIP check-in/out service made us feel like royalty, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals. The beach access and children's play area were a hit, and the availability of cots and board games made our stay even more delightful. Lastly, we appreciated the no smoking policy on-site.

The bathroom with a bidet was a fancy touch! It made me feel like I was in a high-end spa. As someone who loves to pamper myself, this was a real treat!
Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan of the bidet. It just wasn't my cup of tea.

The cottage was absolutely stunning inside, with beautiful decor and plenty of space. It was also spotlessly clean, which was a big plus. Another great thing about our stay was the easy parking available, and the fact that the owner allowed us to check in early. This was a huge convenience for us.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. the thin walls of the cottage meant that we were disturbed by noise from the neighboring child at night, which affected our sleep.
